Some of the responsibilities in the role were to encourage the early development of essential language skills for children aged 6 to 10 years old through playful and creative activities, promoting active participation and motivation to explore the English language.
Throughout a 6-level training program, adjust the differential learning styles of each child and the current lesson content accordingly, maintaining engagement and assertive learning.
Ensured all students acquired foundations of the English language effectively and progressively, keeping track of their results with nongraded assessments. This was proven efficient in creating a safe classroom environment.
Some other responsibilities were inherent when assisting children, such as looking out for their safety within the building and classroom, providing them with the school\'s lunch, and assisting them to leave whenever a parent arrived.
